Ticket support

For the first 6 months after activation, tickets are free. After that, each ticket costs €99.00 and is paid only once the problem is solved, if required.

PayPal or bank transfer

With PayPal the payment is immediate. With a bank transfer we prepare the license as soon as we receive the funds.

Pay-as-you-go services

SMS, IMEI checks and e-invoicing are paid separately with credits, only if you use them.

The license is prepared by our staff and you find it in the customer area, together with the installation package.
