Terms of sale

1. Seller

The service is offered by NG Lab, VAT no. 14082541005, VIA DELLA STAZIONE 10, 00041 Albano Laziale (RM) (the "Seller"). Contact: support@fixh.it.

2. Subject

These terms govern the sale, through the website fixhgsm.com, of Fixh GSM software usage licenses and related services (installation, support extension, paid support tickets).

3. License

  • The license is granted to a single company for a single installation; it is non-exclusive and cannot be transferred to third parties without the Seller's written consent.
  • The software remains the property of the Seller: decompiling, modifying, reselling or distributing it is prohibited.
  • Operation requires periodic license verification through the Seller's servers.
  • Pay-as-you-go services (SMS, IMEI checks, e-invoicing) are paid separately with credits.

4. Order and payment

The contract is concluded when the order is paid via PayPal or bank transfer. Prices are shown in euro on the pricing page, with VAT indicated. For bank transfers, the order is fulfilled once the funds are received.

5. Delivery

The license and the installation package are prepared by the Seller's staff and made available in the customer area of the website; the customer is notified by email. The package can be downloaded again at any time.

6. Support

  • Ticket support is free for 6 months after the license is activated.
  • After that period each ticket costs €99.00, due only after the problem has been solved and only if the Seller requests it.
  • Support covers the operation of the software, not the management of the customer's server or hosting.

7. Withdrawal

As this is digital content supplied on an intangible medium, a consumer who requests immediate performance loses the right of withdrawal once the license is made available. Sales to business customers (with a VAT number) carry no right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is. The Seller undertakes to fix reported malfunctions but is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits. The customer is responsible for backing up their own server.

9. Governing law

The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of their place of residence remains competent.
