Data we process

• Account data: first name, last name, email, password (stored only in encrypted form).
• Billing data: company name, VAT number, tax code, address, SDI recipient code and PEC.
• Order and payment data. Card details are handled by PayPal and never reach us.
• Content of support tickets and of messages sent through the contact form.
• Technical data: IP address, date and time of logins and downloads.

Purposes and legal basis

• Performance of the contract: sale of the license, delivery, support.
• Legal obligations: invoicing and retention of tax documents.
• Legitimate interest: website security and abuse prevention.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. Tax documents are kept for the period required by law (10 years).

Recipients

PayPal for payments, the email service provider for sending messages, the website hosting provider. Data is never sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to support@fixh.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
